Roast Rewards is coming to an end.
We're saying goodbye to our Roast Rewards coffee subscription so that we can focus on our teams, our food, and our guests. If you have an active subscription, it will keep working until 31st December 2025, then it will automatically end. You won’t be charged again and you don’t need to do anything.
We are not accepting any new sign-ups at this time.
Roast Rewards Cancellation FAQs
Do I need to cancel my subscription myself?
You don’t need to do anything if you’d like to keep using your subscription until 31st December.
Will my subscription renew on 1st December?
Yes, if you wish to continue for December, you will renew as normal at midnight 1st December.
Can I cancel before 31st December?
Yes, you cancel anytime. When you cancel, the subscription will end immediately, rather than at end of term. You will be given a pro rata refund for the remaining amount of the month which is unused (unless you cancel on the last day of the month). This money will come back to your assigned card within a few working days.
I’d like to cancel my subscription earlier; how can I do this?
Head to the app and then Rewards Page icon at the bottom of the page. You will see the Manage Subscription tab. Click on this and you can cancel from here.
Will deleting the app account cancel my subscription?
No. You must follow the step above first to stop the subscription. If you’d like to permanently delete your account and app details, you can do this in Profile, then My Account tab.
Can I keep using the app?
Yes, you can continue using the app for ordering.
What will happen to my loyalty points?
Nothing will happen to them, you can keep using the app to order, accrue and spend your loyalty rewards.
Are you taking new subscribers during this time?
No, only existing subscribers will be able to continue until 31st December.

Cancelling your Roast Rewards Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time you'd like through the serve-self portal in the App. Please go to "Manage Subscriptions".
It's important to note that by deleting the LEON Club App, this will NOT cancel your subscription. You must cancel the subscription, then delete the app.
Please note, if you now cancel this will result in immediate cancellation, rather than at end of term.
