Why can't I find the LEON Club app on the app store?

Make sure you are searching for 'LEON Club'


Can I use my web Smart Order account on the LEON Club app?

Absolutely. Please log in using the same email address and password that you use on your web browser. That means that your loyalty points will be there on the app when you log in.


How do I use my discount code?

Enter your discount code in the 'DISCOUNT CODE' box at checkout. You will only be able to apply one discount to your basket. If you are using the FREEFRIES promo, please note that it can only be used once for each Smart Order account. You will not be able to use your loyalty points AND a discount on one order.


How does the loyalty scheme work?

You earn 100 points for every £1 you spend. When you hit 3000 points, you will unlock the ability to get any item on the menu for free.


How do I see my rewards page?

Tap on the loyalty points totaliser in the middle of the banner at the top of the screen.


How do I go back to the list of restaurants?

Click the LEON logo in the top left-hand corner of the screen.


How do I collect my order from the restaurant?

(Digital LEONs) Your order number will appear on our digital collection screen. When it appears on the 'Ready to Collect' column, a member of our team will call your name or your number. Listen out.

(Traditional LEONs) Please head to the 'Collect Here' counter where you will see LEON Club signage for your VIP pick-up area. If our team haven't spotted you, give them a quick show of your order number and they'll have your food ready.


I have just placed my first order, why haven't I got free fries?

If you have had Smart Order account before for our web version, your first order through our app will not be your first order ever. This promo is available to new account owners.
