We’ve created a protein-plenty Hey Pesto Chicken Salad of shredded chicken, Greek-style cheese and our own-made pesto of fresh basil, tomato and parmesan, to help you feel power-full.

HOW HAPPY: This salad has quinoa, a good gluten-free carb – yes there are quite a few of them out there that won’t make your blood sugar (and mood) crash, as it is slow burning.

We’ve made gluten-free protein rich Smoked Salmon & Egg Salad using sugar-free cured, hand-reared Scottish smoked salmon from the oldest independent salmon farm of the highlands.

HOW HAPPY: Eggs are precious, they feed your energy system giving you a perfect balance of essential amino acids and healthy fats to help you stay on top of your game (for all that activity you’re now doing).

We’ve invented The Mack Wrap. Smoked mackerel, shredded slaw, spiralised vegetables, tarragon mayo and freshly chopped mint, to feed your brain with goodness.

We’ve knocked up a Sunshine Salad Pot of fresh, spinach, mushroom, sweet potato, carrot, daikon and shredded cabbage in a sesame & tamari dressing, for you to make sure you’re living life on the veg.

HOW HAPPY: Spinach is a highly-decorated leaf, in the nutrition stakes. Like avocado it has depression fighting folate and anxiety easing magnesium, along with more B vitamins that you thought possible in a lithe leaf.

And we’ve brought back our seasonal Lamb & Rhubarb Khoresh, a Middle Eastern stew of British lamb shoulder, springtime rhubarb, chickpeas, spinach and freshly chopped detoxing coriander.
