16 venison sausages
4 large carrots peeled and chopped
2 onions peeled and diced
2 sticks celery chopped
1 tin chopped tomatoes or passata
1/2 pint veg stock
1 can cannellini beans
1 can kidney beans
2 tblspns mixed herbs

How to make Slow cooked venison sausage casserole

Turn on your slow cooker.
Fry sausages in a pan on hob until nicely browned. Put them in the slow cooker.
Cook carrots, onions and celery in the pan with sausage fat until soft.
Add tomatoes and stock to pan. Heat until bubbling. Tip vegetables and sauce into slow cooker with sausages.
Add cans of beans and mixed herbs. Give it all a stir.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
Serve with rice or potatoes and green veg.
