100 g chicken
1 sweet potato
1 small tin chickpeas
1 tsp tahinni
1 clove garlic
1/2 lemon juice
Olive oil
Salt & Peper

Why did Alexandra make this dish?

I like to try unusual combinations and I believe that the sweetness of the potatoes go very well with the hummus. x

How to make chicken and hummus accompanied by sweet potato

Peel the potato and cut it into wedges then drizzle some olive oil with salt and pepper and place it in the oven at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.
Cut the chicken into small pices, and fry it in a pan with some olive oil. Add paprika, salt & peper.
For the hummus:
In a food processor put the drained chickpeas with the tahinni, garlic, lemon juice, 50 ml olive oil, salt & pepper to taste.
Plate it nice & enjoy!
