50g cuscus
30g feta cheese
30g cooked beetroot
1 spring onion
Salt & pepper!

Why did Alexandra make this dish?

Fabulous combination! Very simple to make!
It is such a light salad that you will surely enjoy!

How to make Beetroot cuscus

Boil 100ml water and poor it on the cuscus. Cover it and leave to soak the water. After it it cool down season it, but not too much because the feta cheese it's already salty.
Grate the beetroot and the feta chees.
Place them nice and garnish with the spring onion.
Bon appetite!
