Masala Fries
featuring LEON Waffle Fries, Ketchup and Chilli Sauce

INGREDIENTS
- One bag of LEON Waffle Fries
- 5 tablespoons of LEON Ketchup
- 2 tablespoons LEON chilli sauce
- 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic granules
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander, plus extra for garnish
- 1 spring onion, thinly sliced
- 1 red chilli, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon Chaat masala powder (optional)
METHOD
- Cook the fries according to instructions on the back of pack.
- Meanwhile, in a very large bowl (big enough to fit in all the chips with room to stir) mix together the ketchup, chilli sauce, black pepper, garlic, and coriander.
- When the chips are cooked thoroughly and crispy, throw them straight into the bowl of sauce and toss to completely coat the chips with a thin layer of sauce.
- Serve topped with a little spring onion, coriander and red chilli and if using a sprinkling of Chaat masala powder.
