Ingredients
250ml full-fat plain yoghurt (straight from the fridge)
500g frozen blueberries
50–100g white caster sugar, depending on the sweetness of the berries
Method
Make sure the yoghurt is really cold. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blitz for 30 seconds. Remove the lid and taste for sweetness. Adjust as necessary. Blitz for another 30 seconds.
Spoon into bowls and serve. This is best eaten immediately as it melts quickly. To freeze, store in a shallow plastic container, or loaf tin, covered, for up to a month.
Remove from the freezer 15 minutes before eating
