Burger Sauce Blinis

INGREDIENTS

  • 100g good-quality smoked salmon
  • 1 packet of sourdough crackers, we’ve used Peter’s Yard
  • 1 jar of LEON LOVe Burger Sauce
  • One lemon, finely slice
  • Dill, to serve (optional)

METHOD

  1. Spoon a little LEON LOVe Burger sauce onto your sourdough crackers, some smoked salmon and garnish with a little lemon and a little dill.
